RON Crane Scales offer a wide variety of models, features and advanced options, some of which are unique to RON Crane Scales. For example: The internal thermometer for the wireless crane scale and crane load cell (dynamometer) models which is very important when using a crane scale or crane load cell (dynamometer) in hot environments such as foundries. Thanks to the internal thermometer the user will know exactly when to take the crane scale or crane load cell (dynamometer) away from the hot area and allow it to cool down.

RON Crane Scales models which include dynamometer, crane scale, load cell and overload detector series offer compact dimensions for both portability and minimum headroom loss, while maintaining a high safety factor.

RON Crane Scales products have been designed to ensure the user's safety by having a standard remote display for each crane scale and crane load cell (dynamometer), or removable displays or large integral displays that can be seen from almost any direction. These features enable the crane load cell and crane scale user to read the measurements from a safe distance.

The RON 4000 is a load cell with a built-in analog amplifier. This load cell is specially designed to transmit load or force information to a controller/computer, as part of controlled tensioning and tension measurement.

For example, RON 4000 load cell serves as a tension measurement device for controlled tensioning of a rubber belt conveyor or continuous weighing of steam piping in a power station to detect water condensation in pipes and drain them when the max. permitted level is reached.

(Final calibration is performed by the customer, after connecting the load cell to the measuring / control system). Zero load = 0±0.01v, 4±0.2mA. Full load = 2±0.1v, 20-1mA.
